Any one who has taken a class with Luci would be the first to say she gives you a ton of information and in no way will you NOT be able to leave her class without all the necessary tools to carry on or not. If weaving has been on your Life List of creative things to do, then this is the class for you - no need to purchase a loom before you know weaving is for you. This is a two week course where students begin a project right away on a rigid heddle loom weaving their first scarf in their favorite color combination. You will learn loom styles and parts and begin to warp your project. Luci believes a student needs to understand the very "basics" of weaving before tackling a floor loom. This is a very good class to get understanding in the warping process. You will take the loom home with you for the first class and complete your scarf.
